Sending a Hosted Fax

Step 1

Compose a new email message. In the “To” line enter the fax number you wish to send to 1xxxxxxxxxx@fax.b2-solutions.com (include the “1” for faxes to USA and Canada). Example: 12392140590@fax.b2-solutions.com

Step 2

In the subject line enter the name of who will be receiving the fax i.e. ATTN: Tom, Permitting Department ect. In the body of the email type your message to the fax recipient which will become your cover page.

Step 3

Attach any documents you wish to fax (some of our supported file types include DOC, DOCX, PDF, XLS, XLSX, PNG, JPEG, PPT and many more)

Step 4

Once email is finished hit send and your fax will be sent out to your recipient.
